Artist briefings and advancing on one live page

No more PDF per artist, re-exported and re-sent every time the schedule moves. Each artist gets one personal page with everything for their show. You send the link once, and every change you make shows up on it immediately.

How it is done now

A PDF per artist, re-exported and re-sent every time the schedule, parking or the riders move.

In ShowIQ

One briefing page per artist that is always current: set times, contacts, parking, guestlist and tickets.

You get back: Send once

Artist briefings in three steps.

  1. Build the briefing once

Add a welcome text, venue and route, contacts, notes per day or stage, and your own blocks with text, images or video. Set the section order per type.

  2. Send the link

Send briefings by email from the guestlist: one email per person, sent in waves, with sent and opened status for each artist.

  3. Artists advance themselves

They fill in their advancing and show-day contacts, band members, guestlist and your questions. You see the answers come in.

Questions about artist briefings.

Is the briefing page always up to date?

Yes. It is a live page, not an export. Anything you change in ShowIQ, such as a set time, a contact or a notice, shows up immediately on every briefing it applies to.

Do artists need to install anything?

No. The briefing opens in the browser through a personal link, on a phone or a laptop.

Can I see who opened their briefing?

Yes. When you send briefings by email, ShowIQ shows for each person whether it was sent and whether it was opened.

Which languages are supported?

English and Dutch. The language of the event decides what artists, guests and crew see.

Stop managing shows in spreadsheets. Run them in ShowIQ.

Bring one upcoming show. We set it up with you and you see the difference on your own artist briefings.
