Operations board: a live overview link (from Overview → share buttons). Shows per day how many people are expected and how many are in, split by accreditation type, plus the hand-outs and an artist board. Refreshes on its own, has a light and a dark mode, and works fine on a screen in the production office.
Hand-out sheet: the desk list for radios and keys (see chapter 12).
Conversations: artists can message you from their briefing, and you answer from Conversations. You see unread messages in the top bar. You can also set the button to open a mail to your own address instead.
